4 out of 5	I rented a BMW 3 series convertible online and when I got there they told me that it wasnt available. I was really upset because I thought my vacation was ruined but then to make up for it they gave me a more expensive BMW 650 convetible at the same price. I loved that car! 5 out of 5	I wanted to pass along my compliments with regard to a recent rental that Xylina handled for us in Augusta, GA for the Masters. The company that I had been using for many years threw us a curve ball with only a few short weeks to react. I am a certified meeting planner and have handled many high end events around the country for over 20 years. Xylina was ALWAYS available when I had a question or needed information and was extremely professional and most of all accommodating to our crazy needs, timeline and requests. We will definitely be back again next year and hope to have additional vehicle needs. I will 100% continue to remain loyal to your company knowing that I am in good hands. 5 out of 5	Exceptional customer service.I made a last minute rental of a Bentley GTC. The staff was accommodating and pleasant to say the least. Car was ready and waiting for my pickup. The actual automobile lived up to the companies name! I am more than happy with the level of service Prestige was able to afford me given my condensed time line. The customer service i recieve before i got the miami and there after was excellent. The on time pick up and drop off, was wonderful. 5 out of 5	I must say, i've rented with prestige several times and each time it seems that there services gets better. My last rental was a Mercedes Benz s550, one night i caught flat tire on the highway, its was about three in the morning. I called Prestige and spoke to hector and within half hour, Hector showed up and had another s550 for me. I was amazed on how quickly hector responded, giving its was so late. I've had nothing but best serviice I can ask for, from the talking to raquel or xilina on the phone or via email, to actualy meeting them when i recieve my rental, its been a wonderful experience.
